1. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if:

    • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

2. Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with invoice.

  • Certain products (customized or engraved jewellery) are non-returnable.

3. Warranty Claims

  • Zivahh provides a 3-month warranty on manufacturing defects.

  • Customers must present proof of purchase to avail warranty service.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size/variant issues if stock is available.

5. No Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind.

  • Zivahh’s decision on refund/return requests will be final.
